Shop Quality Control & Support Specialist

Benz Tech, Inc. is a premier independent European auto repair shop specializing in Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, MINI, and Sprinter vehicles. We recently moved into a brand-new 16,500 sq ft facility with 12 lifts on 3.5 acres. We hold ourselves to a high standard — and we need someone who does too.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Checking vehicles in with thorough photo and video documentation — condition, mileage, and all existing damage noted accurately before a wrench is ever turned
  • Performing detailed quality control inspections on every completed vehicle before it goes back to the customer
  • Keeping the shop, bays, and common areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times — this is a core part of the role, not an afterthought
  • Assisting technicians as needed — moving vehicles, conducting test drives, and keeping the workflow moving throughout the day
  • Taking pride in every vehicle you touch as if it were your own

What We're Looking For

  • Must be 21 or older (required for insurance purposes)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record — non-negotiable
  • Must be able to drive a manual transmission
  • Some automotive knowledge — you need to know what you're looking at during a QC inspection
  • Exceptional attention to detail — the whole point of this role is catching what others might miss
  • Organized, thorough, and takes pride in doing things right the first time
  • Great attitude and a team-first mentality

Compensation & Benefits

  • $20.00/hr, full-time (40 hrs/week)
  • Monthly performance bonuses tied to customer satisfaction and shop quality
  • Paid holidays + paid birthday off
