Parts Manager / Assistant Service Advisor

BenzTech is a growing European specialty repair shop in Elkhart, Indiana looking for a Parts Manager who can also assist with customer communication and service advising when needed.

This is not a warehouse job and it's not a dealership parts counter position.

You'll play a key role in keeping our shop running efficiently by sourcing parts, building estimates, coordinating with technicians, assisting customers, and helping move repairs through the shop.

What You'll Do:

• Source OEM and aftermarket parts
• Manage vendor relationships
• Order and track parts
• Handle cores and warranty returns
• Build and assist with repair estimates
• Communicate with customers regarding repairs and timelines
• Support our service manager and technicians
• Help improve shop efficiency and profitability
