Growing European specialty shop with a dedicated service advisor who can actually sell work, a shop foreman that's always willing to help, a steady backlog, modern equipment in a brand-new 16,500 sq ft well-lit shop, paid training, paid holidays, PTO, health insurance, dental — and NO WEEKENDS & NO LOW-PAYING RECALLS & WARRANTY WORK.
European experience preferred but not required. If you're a well-rounded tech with at least 5 years of experience and a hunger to grow into something better — we want to talk.
What "well-rounded" means to us:
- Comfortable with a scan tool and technology
- Some engine repair experience
- Alignments & suspension
- Able to perform thorough Digital Vehicle Inspections
- Good with technology and shop systems
Above all else — punctuality and attitude. Every morning starts with a 7:45 AM team meeting at the work board to go over the day. If you're the kind of person who shows up on time, ready to work, and leaves the drama at the door — you'll fit right in here.
What you'll earn:
- $35+/hr flat rate based on experience — great talent will be compensated accordingly
- 40-hour weekly guarantee for your first 30 days
- $120K+ earning potential for strong producers
